Structural Decompression: A Comprehensive Vertebral Overhaul
Structural Decompression accomplishes spinal elongation with the help of a special oscillating percussion tool I developed with a local engineer. I apply the tip of the tool to soft tissue (connective tissue/ tendon) along the hips, spine, neck and shoulders, “decompressing” each contracture I find. The result is a dramatic improvement in freedom and range of motion and a significant decrease in pain.
